DOMESTIC ORDERS:

FREE RETURN within US:  Item(s) must be received within 15 days of delivery, otherwise a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please include the RETURN FORM inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For INTERNATIONAL orders, all freight for returns & exchanges are paid by the customer.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Merchandise returned after 30 days will only be refunded store credit for 50% of the purchase price.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

EXCHANGES /  CANCELLATION

Please email our customer service team at customerservice@lanstontees.com or call us at 322.589.2020, our representatives can assist you with ensuring that your desired size or color is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.

To receive your replacement item(s) faster, it is recommended that you repurchase the desired item(s) and return the item(s) that did not work out.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we will be able to process the cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.

REFUNDS

The return process usually takes from one to two weeks, including time of receiving the package at our warehouse to the refund back into your account. We will send out an email confirmation immediately once your return is processed.

EXCHANGES /  CANCELLATION

International Checkout, our International shipping partner, cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been officially placed with Lanston and payment has been processed.

Please contact International checkout immediately at support@internationalcheckout.com if you wish to make any changes to your order.
