DOMESTIC EXCHANGES / CANCELLATION
Please email our customer service team at email@example.com or call us at 322.589.2020, our representatives can assist you with ensuring that your desired size or color is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
To receive your replacement item(s) faster, it is recommended that you repurchase the desired item(s) and return the item(s) that did not work out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we will be able to process the cancellation if the order has not been shipped
The return process usually takes 5-10 business days upon receipt of item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
For INTERNATIONAL orders, all freight for returns & exchanges are paid by the customer.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Merchandise returned after 30 days will only be refunded store credit for 50% of the purchase price.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
