Returns & Exchange

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Merchandise returned after 30 days will incur a $9.95 restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise returned after 30 days will only be refunded store credit for 50% of the purchase price.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Domestic Returns

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Free return labels within the US are valid only and able to be generated within 15 days from receipt of order. After 15 days the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please include the RETURN FORM inside the return package along with the item(s) you are returning (unworn, with original tags).

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Please email our customer service team at customerservice@lanstontees.com or call us at 323.589.2020, our representatives can assist you with ensuring that your desired size or color is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.

To receive your replacement item(s) faster, it is recommended that you repurchase the desired item(s) and return the item(s) that did not work out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we will be able to process the cancellation only if the order has not been shipped

International Returns

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

For INTERNATIONAL orders, all freight for returns & exchanges are paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customerservice@lanstontees.com immediately. We are able to cancel the order if the package has not been shipped yet.

If an order has been shipped and refused, the customer will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package back.

These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time. Customers should follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
